Role Purpose



The

Employee Engagement Lead

is responsible for building a vibrant, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. You will design and execute end-to-end engagement strategies that connect employees to our mission, enhance wellbeing, and ensure every team member feels recognized and heard.

Core Functionalities



Strategy & Planning:

End-to-end management of the annual engagement calendar, focusing on culture, wellness, and recognition.

Event Orchestration:

Logistics and execution for diverse initiatives, ranging from leadership town halls to social and festive celebrations.

Data-Driven Insights:

Measuring impact through surveys, pulse checks, and engagement dashboards for leadership review.

Internal Branding:

Crafting compelling narratives and content to drive participation and reinforce employer branding.

Key Responsibilities



Initiative Management:

Design and execute engagement programs (Recognition, Wellness, Values) in both virtual (20%) and on-site (80%) formats.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Act as the central hub for "culture ambassadors" and cross-functional teams (IT, Facilities, HRBPs) to ensure seamless delivery.

Employee Experience:

Drive high participation rates through creative communication strategies and targeted outreach.

Managerial Enablement:

Equipping leadership and managers with toolkits and resources to foster engagement at the team level.

Logistics & Vendor Management:

Handling end-to-end event operations, including vendor sourcing, registration, and post-event reporting.

Candidate Profile



6+ years of experience in HR, Internal Communications, or Employee Engagement. Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from creative concept to post-event reporting. Proficient with engagement platforms, survey tools, and physical events. High empathy, creative problem-solver, and a natural "people person" with a passion for workplace culture.
