Key Responsibilities:



Drive

employee engagement initiatives

to build a positive and motivating work culture. Handle

employee grievance management

, ensuring quick resolution and fair practices. Maintain and update

HR compliance records

, including statutory requirements and labour law adherence. Ensure accurate execution of

salary compliances

(PF, ESI, TDS, etc.). Collaborate with management to implement

HR policies

aligned with labour regulations. Manage end-to-end documentation for onboarding, exits, and employee records. Conduct

employee feedback sessions, surveys, and engagement activities

. Prepare and maintain

Excel reports

for attendance, payroll, compliance, and HR analytics.

Requirements:



Strong knowledge of

Labour Laws

and statutory compliances. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

.

Advanced Excel proficiency

(VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, MIS reporting). Ability to handle

employee relations and grievances

with professionalism. Immediate availability to join.
