Key Responsibilities: o Review claims processed by the team for correctness and completeness. o Serve as SPOC for stakeholders addressing inquiries and providing updates. o Guide the team of processors and oversee their performance. o Analyze claims to identify trends, detect potential frauds and areas of Improvements. o Diligently attend to escalation o Publishing reports to leadership on performance metrices o Maintain Proper documentation of processes and cross skilling of resources o Ensure SLA's & KPI's are consistently met.



Work Experience: ~ 4 to 8 years of experience managing claim reimbursements, especially travel claims.



Skills and Qualification:



o Commerce Graduate. o Strong Communication skills. o Analytical and Problem solving bent of mind. o Able to work under pressure to meet timelines. o Able to effectively collaborate. o Customer Centric behavior.



Technical Experience o Experience in MS Outlook, MS Excel, SAP
