About the Role:
The Employability Skills & English Trainer will be responsible for teaching employability skills to students in Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs). The role also includes supporting program activities and attending training workshops.
The Trainer, will:
Teach students to write CVs/resumes, simple emails and job applications
Teach basic computer skills, teamwork, problem-solving and workplace etiquettes.
Help students build confidence for interviews and workplace communication.
Teach students to use English confidently in speaking and writing.
Motivate and guide students for career preparation.
Attend regular training-cum-orientation programs for professional development.
Who Can Apply?
Education
: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate (any stream)
Age
: 18+ years
Experience
: Freshers can apply. Teaching experience, including home-tuitions, is desirable but not required.
Communication
: Ability to communicate effectively and teach young adults with confidence..
Language
: Ability to speak and write in English
Computer skills
: Basics of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
