Emergency Travel Services (ETS) Executive - Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

:

? Issue tickets as per client requirements

? Handle non-air services (Rail, Visa, Bus, Insurance)

? Drive PLB carrier sales

? Upload supporting documents in the system

? Ensure NIL billing pendency

? Manage personal bookings & same-day collections

? Coordinate with customers for day-to-day bookings

? Achieve revenue and transaction targets

? Negotiate with hotels and suppliers

? Handle invoicing, hotel invoice collection & reconciliation

Requirements

:

? Must have hands-on experience in GDS systems - Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo

? Prior experience in corporate travel ticketing

? Ability to work in night shifts

? Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
