Job Purpose:

To provide immediate and effective care to patients in emergency and trauma situations, ensuring timely intervention and stabilization as per hospital protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line care to critically ill or injured patients upon arrival. Perform triage and prioritize treatment based on the severity of the condition. Administer emergency medication, IV fluids, and assist in procedures. Monitor vital signs and provide CPR, wound care, or life support when needed. Prepare and assist in minor surgical or emergency procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical charts. Communicate promptly with doctors, specialists, and family members. Ensure availability of medical supplies and emergency kits at all times. Follow strict infection control and patient safety protocols. Work in coordination with ambulance services and other hospital departments.

Qualifications & Skills:

GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / DMLT / Emergency Technician Certification 1-3 years experience in Emergency / Casualty preferred (freshers can be considered) Excellent decision-making and critical thinking under pressure Strong interpersonal and communication skills Willingness to work in shifts, including night and weekend duties Must stay calm and professional during high-stress situations

Rotational shifts / Based on hospital schedule
