Emergency Response Officer for our 102 call centre where person has to handle inbound voice calls for 102 service.

Requirements:

1. Qualification - HS (12th) passed

2. Freshers can apply.

3. Both male or female can apply

4. No sales target

5. Candidate must be fluent in Bengali

6. Must have basic knowledge about computer

7. Typing speed should be fair

8. Rotational shifting duty for 9 hours shift

9. Salary: Rs. 12535/- (gross). PF & ESIC applicable.

Process of Recruitment:

Walk in interview from 11.08.25 to 14.08.25. Interview will be based on typing speed, listening skill, general aptitude test & face-to-face interaction. Shortlisted candidates will be called for 5 days training programme on & from 16.08.25. Candidates who will successfully complete training programme will be hired on & from 25.08.25
