About this opportunity We are looking for a Emergency Recovery Leader in ERC organization responsible for analyzing end to end technical solution in complex scenarios with problem solving approach and drive a team of technical experts towards an effective fault isolation and recovery of the service to pre outage state with effective technical Leadership in multi domain customer network solution. What you will do Lead Technical driving of an Network emergency - handling team comprising of Local support and Global support teams and ensure Emergency Support Services are delivered in an appropriate and professional manner. Provide technical support and input to Emergency Support team for the fault isolation and recovery Act as single point of contact for technical discussions and align the team Owns reference solution knowledge what facilitates/support actions in emergency Drives sophisticated RCAs and Critical Investigation CSRs. Drive the Fault Isolation using the available tools in Customer Solution also Expert on Data Driven Support for faster resolutions during emergencies or Critical CSRs Accountable for the successful execution of technical activities associated with ongoing emergency Develop understanding of Ericsson enabled Customer Network Solution in multivendor environment Drive technical solutions knowledge transfer in ERC You will bring Good demonstration ability in emergency management Work Locations: Noida / Gurgaon / Bangalore / Chennai Required Competence - a very good understanding along with hands-on experience at least one of them as mentioned like: Cloud & Virtualization , 5GC , IMS Good knowledge of either one or more Technical Domains Solutions i.e. IMS, 5GC, Cloud-NFVi, EPC along with Basic Knowledge of Others Knowledge and experience on Artificial intelligence and machine learning Knowledge of Application Virtualization, Cloud deployment, Containerization etc. Fault Isolation /Troubleshooting abilities in Multi Domain -Multi Vendor Customer Network Solution Good communication skills and proactive attitude to deliver results & meet customer\'s expectations Solid ability to perform in a multi-tasking and team-oriented environment with active participation Why join Ericsson At Ericsson, you\'ll have an outstanding opportunity.
