to join our Emergency Department team. In this role, you will provide rapid evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with a wide range of urgent and emergent conditions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and management for acute and complex emergency cases.
Lead resuscitation and major trauma interventions.
Supervise and mentor registrars, junior doctors, and other clinical staff.
Oversee clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental audits.
Participate in ED rota, including on-call, night, and weekend shifts as required.
Ensure accurate, timely documentation and adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including critical care, surgery, and medical specialties.
Contribute to teaching, training, and ongoing professional development within the department.
