Job Description

Patient Care:

Assist in triaging patients and obtaining vital signs. Provide basic life support, including CPR and first aid. Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and mobility. Monitor and report changes in patient condition to medical staff. Assist in wound care, splinting, and other procedures as directed by medical personnel.

Clinical Support:

Prepare and maintain examination and treatment areas. Assist with diagnostic procedures, including phlebotomy and specimen collection. Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians and nurses. Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment and supplies.

Administrative Duties:

Document patient information accurately and promptly in medical records. Assist in the coordination of patient flow and communication between departments. Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring readiness for use.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. Participate in training and development activities to maintain and enhance skills. Contribute to a safe, efficient, and positive work environment.
