Job Overview



We are seeking skilled and qualified EMT / Paramedic Staff to provide emergency medical services and patient care support at our GSECL Gujarat location. The selected candidates will be responsible for responding to medical emergencies, providing pre-hospital treatment, and ensuring safe patient transportation in the ambulance.

Key Responsibilities



Provide first-aid and advanced life support in medical emergencies.



Assist in safe patient handling and transport.



Monitor patient condition and report accurately to doctors/medical officers.



Maintain ambulance equipment, medicines, and ensure readiness at all times.



Record and document patient details and treatment provided.



Support healthcare teams during routine and emergency operations.

Required Qualifications



GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) / B.Sc Nursing / Advanced EMT Course.



Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in emergency/trauma/ICU/ambulance services.



Good communication and interpersonal skills.



Ability to work in high-pressure emergency environments.

Salary & Benefits



As per the approved structure (refer to the table):



EMT Skilled



Gross Salary: ₹14,507/-



CTC: ₹18,639/-



In-Hand: ₹12,777/- (approx.)
