Key Responsibilities:
Provide immediate and effective medical care in emergency situations, including trauma, medical emergencies, and critical care.
Perform initial assessments, manage triage, and prioritize care based on severity.
Administer emergency medical treatments, including resuscitation, wound care, and medication.
Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, paramedics, and specialists.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Participate in continuous medical education and professional development.
Requirements:
Education:
M.B.B.S. with minimum 1 yr experience (in addition to internship)
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years in emergency medicine or a similar medical field.
Skills:
Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and treating a variety of emergency conditions.
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail.
Licensing:
Must be registered with the UTTAR PRADESH - MEDICAL COUNCIL or appropriate governing body.
