Key Roles & Responsibilities
Emergency Call Handling:
Respond accurately and calmly to calls during fire, medical emergencies, or chemical leak incidents.
Chemical Hazard Analysis:
Use knowledge from B.Sc. Chemistry / Chemical Engineering to understand chemical properties (flammability, toxicity) and inform field teams about risks.
Resource Dispatch Coordination:
Based on severity, immediately dispatch fire tenders, ambulances, and specialized HAZMAT (Hazardous Materials) teams.
High-Tech Monitoring:
Continuously monitor plant fire alarm systems, gas detection sensors, and CCTV footage to prevent accidents at the earliest stage.
Technical Guidance:
Provide expert advice on which type of fire extinguisher (Foam, Dry Powder, or Water) should be used during chemical emergencies.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
B.Sc. Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (Freshers are Eligible)
Languages:
Ability to communicate in Gujarati, Hindi, and
English
Skills:
Quick decision-making under pressure and basic computer operation knowledge
