In this role the Business Operations Lead will work closely with the various leads in the Song - Creative Agency team in UKIA. The responsibilities include (this is not an exhaustive list, but is indicative of the key activities expected from this position)
Partner / collaborate with the Europe Song - Creative Agency leads (and relevant counterparts) to ensure a consistent approach and common understanding of key topics
Be the key point of contact acting as the interlock between business, HR, Finance, CFM and other corporate functions as appropriate to the CAM business.
Partner / Collaborate with Europe Song - Creative Agency leads to define priorities, strategic agenda & initiatives
Monitor and report KPIs for the creative agencies (Sales, Revenue, Profitability, Backlog, chargeability, among other KPIs)
Analyzing profitability trends, determining root causes for low profitability, and driving actions to improve profitability.
Help in monitoring the pipeline - understand key pipeline trends for agencies, upcoming large opportunities, and forecasting sales.
Monitor, Report and analyze Non-Contract Costs associated with agencies; particularly, the 3rd party costs associated with Freelancers/ Contractors. Drive improvement initiatives to reduce NCC costs and raise / escalate issues in a timely fashion.
Establish a governance model across agencies; ensure regular cadence to review the performance of the agencies and resolve any issues.
Establish governance with other key stakeholders such as CFM to review the performance of the agencies and provide any additional support as required.
Establish an action log, risk and issue log to track issues, risks and actions to mitigate the same. Partner / collaborate with other functions to ensure appropriate market-level messaging, and engagement of our people
Partner / collaborate with the various corporate functions that support the entity and provide additional support as needed
Align and manage Europe Song - Creative Agency specific initiatives
Define and manage recommended action plans to address financial and growth performance insights as needed-driven.
Support internal activities related to enabling the Acquisition strategy and post merger integration within Europe Song.
Develop and improve standardized operation processes, implement continuous improvement and optimization program for operational processes, tools, metrics, and trainings based on ongoing experience, process metrics and feedback from stakeholders.
Adopt best practices/assets of our global organization in accordance with global directions and rules; develop operational excellence initiatives to improve performance and efficiency.
