As part of the Global Payroll Center of Excellence, the EMEA Payroll Analyst responsible for the Nordics and the Netherlands will play a critical role in delivering Payroll Services across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and the Netherlands. This incumbent will work cross-functionally with HR and other internal and external Stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely salaries of associates, whilst also identifying and executing continuous improvements to processes. The role reports directly into the EMEA Payroll Cluster Manager and will support our Global Payroll function at NielsenIQ. Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Chennai / Delhi Essential Duties & Responsibilities Monthly Payroll processing activities, ensure pay is processed on time, accurately, completely and in compliance with all regulations. Research and develop skills and knowledge Deliver year end payroll processes Identify and recommend, process improvements to the current payroll process and systems. Ensure all SOX compliant controls relevant to the payroll process are executed Support with internal and external audit and tax-related activities, including preparation of data and evidence as required Support with Finance and HR queries Build positive relationships to ensure successful collaborations to be able to respond to internal payroll questions, and handle ad-hoc payroll requests. Prepare payroll and ad hoc reports as required Other duties as assigned Experience & Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of payroll operational experience in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and the Netherlands Attention to detail, professional awareness, and sense of urgency for employee questions be able to spot errors or exceptions quickly. Able to demonstrate a strong ability to absorb multiple country regulations and complexities Strong experience with Microsoft Office. Excellent communicator and collaborator. SAP / Workday experience a plus.
