What you will do

The Emea Network delivery Lead Engineer is responsible for performing detailed analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance activities. You will work with business partners and technology teams to design or modify procedures to solve complex problems or improve existing procedures:


Key Responsibilities


Lead the Emea Network delivery team in designing and implementing innovative network solutions

Develop and maintain network architecture to meet the demands of the Emea region

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network delivery

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement network delivery solutions

Analyze network infrastructure operations and identify areas for improvement

Work on enhancing network performance and ensuring operational integrity

Research and implement new technologies to optimize network delivery efficiency

Provide technical support and advice for network systems and infrastructure
Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications


Master's Degree or equivalent in a related field

6-8 years of experience in network engineering or a related role

Proven track record of successfully delivering network solutions in a complex environment

Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with teams

Certifications such as CCNP or equivalent are a plus

Experience with network delivery methodologies and best practices

Strong understanding of network infrastructure operations and maintenance




Desired Qualifications


Knowledge of emerging technologies in network delivery
