Looking for candidates worked in Pharmaceutical companies only.

Position: Manager Customer and CMO Alliance Management.

Experience : 4-8 Years

Location : Pune Wakad

- To identify, strengthen/manage & develop existing and new CMO\'s for USA market.

- To identify, understand, lead and resolve any differences between company and partners including process, risk issues, escalations, and program prioritization, working closely with project management where appropriate

- Regular visits to CMO\'s for product Outsourcing and managing existing product portfolio

- To coordinate with all other cross functional departments like Marketing/QA/QC/SC/PV/Regulatory/Project management for smooth functioning.

- Monitor implementation of and adherence to agreed-upon commercialization plans and work closely with project management to ensure execution

- To arrange & submit documents from CMO\'s to QA department as and when required.

- Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions

- Review CMO\'s performance by reviewing data and ensuring that bottlenecks are identified and addressed

- Manage relationships with customer - Regular interactions with different stakeholders at customer i.e. their SC team and their freight forwarders

- Take regular feedback from customers and ensure that same is communicated to relevant stakeholders i.e. CMO\'s/Quality team.

- Ensures regular, effective formal and informal communication occurs between relevant parties externally and internally.

- Experience managing pharmaceutical alliances / partnerships (alliance management, business development

- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

- Experience with use and data interpretation of Pharmaceutical databases like IQVIA, Cortellis, EXIM data etc.

- Identify new opportunities from customer for additional products

- Experience in data analysis

- Regularly produce and present reports

- Organizational and time management skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent presentation skills

- Additional marketing certifications are a plus

- Existing knowledge in the pharma industry of managing customer/CMO relationships is added advantage
