- Excellent Troubleshooting skills for both NAS SAN
- Good knowledge on Implementation configuration and migration techniques
- Need to have Knowledge on setup manage DR solution
- Need to have extensive knowledge on File storage Netapp Unity VNX ISILON
- Need to have knowledge on Brocade Cisco SAN Switch Operations using ITIL Framework Incident Management Problem Management
- Performance Management Configuration Management and Capacity Management
- Be the point of contact for external and internal communications
- Coordinating the storage tower cross delivery country location Standard run operation
- Work on incident problem change SR alignment with client doing health checks for the systems Identify automation opportunities align parameter changes
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards
- Good communication presentation reporting and leadership skills
