Job Description

Performing Invitro Fertilization Procedures. Conducting regular assessments of health and development of embryos. Maintaining records and samples to ensure testing and laboratory work remains consistent. Monitoring and maintaining quality control. Writing, reviewing, and improving embryology standard operating procedures. Conducting fertility procedures such as in vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), and assisted hatching Preparing and analysing semen samples and selecting the best sperm for use in procedures Culturing embryos in a laboratory setting and monitoring their development Assessing the quality of embryos and selecting the best ones for transfer to the patient Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all procedures and results Collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals to provide comprehensive patient care Staying up-to-date with new advancements in the field of reproductive medicine and incorporating new techniques into your work Ensuring the safety and efficiency of all laboratory equipment and supplies
