We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embryologist to join our Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) team. The Embryologist will be responsible for performing and supporting laboratory procedures related to in vitro fertilization (IVF) and other fertility treatments while maintaining the highest standards of laboratory quality, accuracy, and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and advanced embryology procedures including:
Oocyte retrieval and identification
Sperm preparation and analysis
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all laboratory procedures
Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols, quality control, and safety standards
Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment, media, and inventory
Participate in laboratory quality assurance and quality improvement programs
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
Participate in weekend, holiday, and on-call rotations as required
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Reproductive Science, Embryology, or a related field (required)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume IVF or ART laboratory
Demonstrated proficiency in IVF laboratory techniques
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
