Job Description

What You'll Do:

Design Creation

Develop embroidery motifs, lace borders, initials, wedding icons, and theme-based artwork for safas.

Embroidery Artwork

Make embroidery-ready files (for handwork/machine embroidery). Prepare stitch details, color charts, motif repeats, and placement guides. Coordinate with embroidery units to get samples made.

Product Development

Work with the production team to convert sketches into final safa borders. Suggest new concepts, themes, and colour palettes for wedding safas. Develop seasonal collections (Royal Rajasthan, Pastel Wedding, Heritage, Destination Wedding, Sikh Wedding motifs, etc.)

Sampling & Corrections

Review embroidery samples, suggest corrections, and finalize production files. Maintain a design library for upcoming launches. Create hand-drawn sketches and convert them into clean digital designs. Design detachable lace borders, zardosi patterns, and royal motifs for premium safas.

What We're Looking For:

A creative thinker with a strong eye for detail. Passion for fashion design and a keen understanding of current trends. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree/diploma program in Fashion Design or a related field. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and fashion terminology. Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think creatively and strategically. Passionate about brand storytelling and marketing.
