Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically precise

Senior Embroidery Digitizer

(Puncher) to serve as the critical bridge between artistic design and high-volume production. This role requires expert-level command of digitization software to translate complex textile design sketches into flawless, machine-ready embroidery punch files that ensure optimum quality, minimal thread breaks, and efficient machine run-time.

Key Responsibilities

Design Conversion (Punching):

Expertly convert artistic design sketches, mood boards, and images into accurate, technically sound embroidery punch files using industry-standard software (e.g., Wilcom).

Technical Quality Assurance:

Rigorously verify the punch file's parameters, including stitch density, pull compensation, underlay, trimming sequences, and color change points, to guarantee superior output quality on the finished textile.

Machine Compatibility:

Program and test punch files to ensure seamless compatibility and optimal efficiency across various industrial embroidery machines and different types of fabrics/materials.

Collaboration:

Work in close collaboration with the Sketcher and Design team to understand the artistic intent and make necessary technical adjustments while maintaining design integrity.

Efficiency & Optimization:

Continually seek methods to optimize punch files for faster machine production cycles and reduced thread/material consumption.
Must-Have Requirements

Expertise:

Proven experience as an Embroidery Puncher/Digitizer with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in complex designs.

Software Mastery:

Expert-level command of specialized embroidery punching software, specifically

Wilcom

(mandatory) or similar high-end industry tools.

Technical Knowledge:

Deep practical knowledge of different industrial embroidery machines, machine settings, various stitch types, and technical constraints related to fabric handling.

Skills:

Exceptional technical precision, detail orientation, and problem-solving abilities related to machine output and stitch quality.
