Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Embroidery Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire merchandising process for our embroidery division, from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management:

Handle and process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, production teams, and suppliers.

Sample Development:

Oversee the creation and approval of embroidery samples, ensuring they meet design and quality standards.

Production Planning:

Coordinate with the production and design teams to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing.

Sourcing & Vendor Management:

Identify and manage relationships with embroidery material suppliers.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular checks to maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of all orders, samples, and production details.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Embroidery Merchandiser, preferably in the apparel or textile industry. Strong knowledge of various embroidery techniques, fabrics, and threads. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
