Job Title: Embroidery Designing Machine Operator

Experience: 2+ years

Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Designing Machine Operator with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in operating computerized embroidery machines. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling embroidery design files, setting up machines, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high-quality production output.

Key Responsibilities:

? Operate and manage computerized embroidery machines (e.g., Tajima, Barudan,

SWF, Brother, etc.)

? Interpret and load embroidery design files (DST, EMB, PES, etc.)

? Set up threads, needles, frames, and tensions according to design requirements

? Perform machine adjustments, routine maintenance, and minor repairs

? Monitor production runs to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion

? Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary corrections

? Coordinate with the design team to make adjustments or improvements to

embroidery patterns

? Maintain records of production, machine performance, and materials used

? Troubleshoot thread breaks, needle issues, design distortions, and machine errors

? Ensure proper handling of fabrics, threads, and tools to maintain quality standards

? Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Skills & Qualifications:

? 2-4 years of experience operating computerized embroidery machines

? Strong knowledge of embroidery techniques, threads, needles, and fabrics

? Ability to read and understand embroidery design files and specifications

? Familiarity with embroidery software (Wilcom, Pulse, etc.) is a plus

? Good attention to detail and quality control

? Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude

? Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines

? Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
