Vortexen, a leading UAE-based engineering and project support service provider, is looking for a

well-experienced Embroidery & Cloth Printing Unit Incharge

to manage and lead our textile customization unit.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with embroidery machines, heat press operations, sublimation printing, and garment customization processes for industrial, corporate, and safety wear.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the embroidery and cloth printing unit Operate and oversee multi-head embroidery machines, DTG, DTF, heat press, and sublimation machines Supervise a team of machine operators and tailors Ensure high quality of branding on uniforms and garments Manage job orders, production schedules, and timely delivery Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and resolve technical issues Coordinate with the procurement and sales teams for materials and timelines Maintain accurate records of production and inventory

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in embroidery and textile printing (preferably in GCC) Strong technical knowledge of machine operations and garment finishing Leadership ability to manage a team under pressure Good communication in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus) UAE experience preferred but not mandatory
