Embedded/telecoms Developer (switching And Routing)
Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties Board Bring-up, Design, Development, Testing, and Integration. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications 3-6 years of experience in Embedded and Telecom Domain and with Team Lead experience of 6 to 8 years Strong experience in developing Embedded Systems for Telecom, C/C++ Language, 8/16/32/64-bit Microcontroller and Interfacing, Linux System and Network Programming, Fundamentals of Digital Communication, L2/L3 Switching and Routing are firm expectations. Hands on knowledge of technologies as mentioned below will be considered as an added advantage.
Telecom Technologies
1) L2/L3 Switching/Routing
2) Knowledge of MPLS, BGP, OSPF, Segment Routing
3) Understanding of Circuit Emulation, QOS, Scaling Parameters, Security, OAM, etc.
4) Hands on experience in FRR/IP infusion/Capgemini/Metaswitch L2/L3 Protocol Stack
5) Hands on YANG, Netconf, SNMP, etc.
6) Optical and Networking Technologies in general
7) Optical Modules, i.e., SFP, XFP, CFP, etc. Working Experience with Chipset, Driver, Board Bring-up
1) Broadcom Switch Products, StrataXGS, Trident, DNX, etc.
2) Marvell Switch Products Must have depth and proficiency with design patterns. You stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends. You know what not to do because you've already made a few mistakes and learned from them.
Passionate about quality coding and unit testing. You fundamentally believe that QA is not needed. Excellent written and oral communication skills
