Job Description
Minimum 8 Years Experience in Embedded Software testing in Rail/Automotive/Aero Domain Must have strong experience in Testing embedded software developed in C++ Must have experience in CENLEC standards ( SIL Level 1-4) Must have experience in Setting up the Tools LDRA/VectorCAST for the embedded Target boards for Component Level Testing Must have Understanding of high-level software requirements and low-level software requirements based testing Must have exposure to C++ programing language Exposure to the software life cycle data. Familiar with configuration tools like SVN/VSS. Tasks Client interface on the technical issue resolutions Providing clarification/Technical direction to the team on the daily work assignments Review of test plans and test scripts produces test cases, carry out regression testing, and uses automated test software applications to test the behavior, functionality and integrity of embedded software, and documents the results of tests in defect reports and related documentation. Testing, debugging, diagnosing and correcting errors and faults in an applications programming language within established testing protocols, guidelines and quality standards to ensure programs and applications perform to specification. Writing and maintaining problem reports to meet change control, on software design and technical specifications.
