Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Embedded Systems Trainer (Freelancer)

to deliver comprehensive

theory and hands-on lab sessions

for students at

Sairam Institution

. The trainer (mentor) will be responsible for managing the complete training lifecycle, ensuring strong conceptual understanding and practical exposure aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver

theoretical concepts and practical lab sessions

in Embedded Systems. Manage

45 hours of training per batch

within the defined course timeline (60-84 days). Design session plans, lab exercises, and hands-on projects. Provide practical demonstrations using

microcontrollers, development boards, and peripherals

. Guide students through debugging, testing, and real-time implementation. Assess student performance through assignments, lab work, and evaluations. Address student queries and provide continuous mentoring throughout the course. Coordinate with institutional teams for scheduling, assessments, and reporting.

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong knowledge of

Embedded Systems fundamentals

. Hands-on experience with

microcontrollers

(Arduino, PIC, ARM, 8051, ESP32, STM32, etc.). Proficiency in

Embedded C / C++

, basic Python is an added advantage. Experience with

RTOS, communication protocols

(UART, SPI, I2C, CAN). Knowledge of

sensors, actuators, interfacing, and debugging tools

. Ability to conduct effective

theory + lab-based training

sessions. Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

ECE, EEE, CSE, IT

, or related engineering fields. Prior experience as a

trainer, mentor, or faculty

is preferred. Industry experience in embedded product development is an added advantage.
