Job Title: Embedded Systems Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Embedded Systems Manager to lead the development of innovative IoT products. As a technical leader, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and managing embedded systems projects from concept to production. You'll oversee the technical aspects of the project, ensure timely delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product success. Additionally, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for customers, managing their relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
- Design, develop, and test embedded systems solutions using ESP32 and other microcontrollers.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
2.
- Develop embedded software in C language for IoT applications, including smart plugs and cloud interfaces.
- Design and develop embedded hardware, including PCB layout and prototyping.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
3.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with hardware, software, and testing teams to ensure seamless
integration.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.
4.
- Design and develop cloud interfaces for IoT applications.
- Ensure secure and efficient data transfer between devices and the cloud.
5.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and concerns.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved.
- Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to incorporate it into product development.
6.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, testing, and product management.
- Communicate technical plans, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
7.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate embedded systems and cloud interfaces.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
1.
- Strong experience in embedded systems development using C language.
- Proficiency in ESP32 and other microcontrollers.
- Experience with embedded hardware design and PCB layout.
- Knowledge of cloud interfaces and IoT protocols (e.g., MQTT, HTTP).
2.
- Proven experience in managing embedded systems projects from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile).
3.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
