Vishvasys Technologies is a deep-tech startup incubated in the Indian Institute of Science Bangalore. We are looking for an embedded system expert to join our Artificial Pancreas project. The role is focused on the hardware and software aspects of embedded systems.

Responsibilities

To develop a modular code-base that can be deployed on ARM-based devices To design, fabricate and test a portable insulin delivery device. To develop a front-end intuitive Graphic user interface for the ARM-based device To develop embedded codes that can monitor and control wireless communication, LCD integration, and other subsystems of a device To work with the mechanical team to build integrated prototypes, leading to an industrial product

Basic Qualifications

B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics/Instrumentation/Computer Science or related fields Proficiency in Python and Embedded C Awareness in communication protocols (such as UART, I2C, SPI) Understanding of the fundamental workings of Electric motors/drivers, Sensors, LCDs, Bluetooth modules and other components

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

Multiple projects completed in ARM-based systems Well-versed in data structures and coding Good communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills Should be able to work in a team environment Willing to learn new technologies Analyse technical problems, diagnose the root cause and provide structured solutions
