We are building high-performance electronic systems and seeking a

Hardware Development Engineer

to lead digital design, power delivery, high-speed interface validation, and prototype bring-up.

You will play a hands-on engineering role across the entire lifecycle -- from concept design to mass production.

Key Responsibilities

Perform circuit design, block architecture, component evaluation Define detailed

PCB layout constraints

for high-speed & power routing Validate digital systems using PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, USB, SERDES (112G PAM4) Develop test plans, margin tests, and performance validation suites Debug system-level hardware using oscilloscopes, logic analysers, signal generators Work with firmware teams to optimise MCU hardware control (STM32) Support prototype bring-up, characterisation, evaluation & full system test Guide transition to mass production

Technical Skills Required

DC/DC converters (single + multi-phase), linear regulators, power delivery High-speed digital design: PCIe, DDR, SerDes, USB, Ethernet Embedded processor system development STM32 or similar microcontrollers Flash memory, I2C, SPI, JTAG, PDN design Siemens/Mentor schematic capture + constraints Python/Linux/Bash scripting

Soft Skills

Strong debugging mindset Hands-on, lab-intensive work comfort Excellent communication & ownership Ability to work in a small team, covering multiple roles
