Position:

Embedded System Trainer

Education:

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

Experience:

Proven experience in embedded systems development and training (Fresher to 5 years of experience is acceptable) Experience in teaching engineering students (preferred)

Skillset:

Strong knowledge of embedded software and hardware design Proficiency in Embedded C/C++ programming Experience with Microcontroller programming Knowledge of Embedded Linux Familiarity with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) such as FreeRTOS and ThreadX Expertise in debugging and diagnostic tools (e.g., GDB, JTAG) Strong understanding of hardware-software integration Experience with embedded development tools and platforms Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., agile, scrum, test-driven development) Ability to troubleshoot technology issues and project challenges Experience in developing new courses in embedded systems will be an added advantage Hands-on knowledge of Linux Knowledge of shell scripting and Linux application development Technical writing skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to create clear and engaging instructional materials Ready to travel to different site locations (if applicable)

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive training programs and modules on embedded systems and technologies Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops for engineering teams and students Evaluate and assess the training needs of different teams and individuals Provide ongoing support and mentoring to engineers and trainees Create instructional materials, documentation, and resources Stay updated with the latest advancements in embedded systems and technologies Monitor and report on training outcomes and effectiveness Deliver workshops and seminars at college level

Salary:

Depending upon interview performance & experience
