We are seeking a highly skilled
Embedded
Software V&V Engineer
proficient in
C-programming Language
to join our aerospace systems engineering team. The role involves planning, executing, and documenting
Verification and Validation activities
for embedded software in compliance with
DO-178C
or
other industry specific standards. The candidate will play a key role in full traceability and rigor across the verification lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Perform
requirements-based testing (RBT)
using
low-level and high-level test cases
.
Develop and execute
Software V&V plans
, procedures, and reports in alignment with
DO-178C
or
equivalent
standards.
Own
requirements traceability
, coverage metrics, and
verification artifacts
for audits and certification packages.
Conduct
structural coverage analysis
(e.g., statement, decision, MC/DC) using tools such as
LDRA, VectorCAST, or RTRT, etc
.
Ensure
traceability
between requirements, design, code, and test artifacts using tools like
DOORS, Polarion, or Jama, etc
.
Participate in
software reviews, audits
, and
change impact analysis
.
Collaborate with development, quality assurance, and system engineering teams to ensure
conformance with plans and standards
.
Support
problem resolution
, test debug, and root cause analysis of software defects.
