Job Description

We are looking for a passionate

Embedded Software Test Engineer

to join our engineering team. If you have hands-on experience in embedded systems (even through internship) and a strong interest in firmware testing, automation, and quality assurance -- we'd love to talk to you!

Key Responsibilities

Perform functional, regression, and system-level testing for embedded firmware Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and automation test frameworks Validate embedded software on MCU/SoC platforms Debug and report issues using standard tools and logs Work closely with development teams for issue resolution Support QA documentation and test reports

Required Skills

Basic understanding of

Embedded C/C++

and

microcontroller concepts

Knowledge of

Communication Protocols

(UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, MQTT, etc.) Familiarity with

Firmware debugging tools

(JTAG, logic analyzer, oscilloscope -- optional but a plus) Understanding of

Test methodologies & SDLC

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Have

Experience with Python for test automation Hands-on experience with STM32, ESP32, Arduino, or similar boards Knowledge of Git, Jira, or similar tools

Who Can Apply

Freshers with

6+ months internship experience in Embedded / Firmware Testing

Candidates who have done real-time projects on microcontrollers or IoT
Passionate learners wanting to grow in embedded QA

Education

B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in

ECE, EEE, CSE, Instrumentation

or related streams Diploma candidates with strong skills may also apply
