Embedded Software Engineer (Research and Development)

Qualification:

UG:

B. Tech/B.E. in Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Computer Science.

Experience

: Freshers Only

Language Proficiency:

Hindi, English and Gujarati
a)

Key Performance Areas

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Design and develop firmware for various MCU based products.

2. Debug and Resolve bugs in existing product.

3. Optimize and modify existing code for performance and enhancements.

4. Integration of board with existing system based on defined protocol and design.

5. Board brings up and testing based on requirements.

6. Communicate with client for understanding requirements or modifications.

c)

Skills Required:

1. Strong Development skills in C and C++ programming

2. Knowledge of RTOS Knowledge of Free RTOS porting and usage of various features.

3. Knowledge of Microcontroller like MSP430, STM32, ARM etc.

4. Knowledge of hardware Understanding of hardware Schematics, debugging skills

5. Experience in firmware development tools like Keil, Eclipse IDE debugger.

6. Should have worked in protocols like UART,SPI, I2C, RF, Zigbee, TCPIP stack etc.

7. Strong software analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation skills
