IP/ accelerator development - Design, architect and lead development of focused IP/ accelerators for embedded software development across the stack including firmware, OS, middleware and applications - Incorporate latest tech. and industry trends to build market-leading offerings such as accelerated development frameworks, code analyzers, etc. . Pre-sales & solutioning support - Participate in pre-sales process, contribute to creation of effective proposals for large, complex systems . Solution delivery support - Help Project/ Delivery Manager in effort estimation and planning delivery timelines - Help Project/ Delivery Manager in identifying key technical risks and mitigation plan for the same - Lead delivery in select instances and ensure high levels of client satisfaction during delivery . Knowledge management, capability building and training - Build practice of engineers and architects for respective technical domains within the studio - Mentor and guide engineers & team leads nurture and groom in-house budding architects - Handle interviews to attract external talent for the role of Solution Architect/ Team Lead - Provide best practice advice to customers and team members write \'Point of View\' document on emerging technology trends conduct internal sessions on Architecture and Technology topics . Architecture definition and PoC development - Lead team of engineers to convert architecture and design into PoC (Proof of Concept) Qualifications: . Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred (BE/ B.Tech ) Master\'s degree in a related field preferred (ME/ M.Tech , MS, MCA) . 15Y+ of experience in Product Engg . Services, incl. at least 5 years in Architecture roles . Experience in participating in pitches to customers as SME & driving multi-million dollar tech. solutions to meet client business needs across verticals like A&D, Auto, Rail, Medical Devices . Demonstrated experience in architecting, developing and implementing solutions for end-to-end SDLC incl. requirement planning, prelim and detailed designing, source code and V&V . Deep expertise in development and porting of embedded software across the stack including firmware, OS, middleware and GUI/ front-end applications . Experience in developing embedded software for safety critical systems requiring compliance with international quality standards like DO254, 178B/C, ISO 26262, etc. . Understanding of full-stack development with experience across latest tech. & tools like - - OS - RTOS, pSOS , Android, Embedded Linux, VX Works, WinCE - Protocols - Ethernet, CAN, Mobus , Serial, UART, Profi Bus, USB - Tools - Matlab , Simulink, Jira, Jenkins, Eclipse Soft Skills/ Person Characteristics . Ability to deal with ambiguity, able to come out with solution by bringing in clarity & with quality assumptions, adapt and deliver results in unstructured situations . Take ownership for outcomes produce high quality work product within deadlines .
