Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership

Lead the

architecture, design, and development

of embedded hardware systems. Review and approve

schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs, and design documentation

. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level hardware engineers. Drive design best practices, coding standards (where applicable), and design reviews.
Hardware Design & Development

Design and develop

microcontroller-based embedded products

. Design and debug

analog and digital circuits

. Design

DC-DC converters, SMPS, and power electronics circuits

. Select appropriate components considering performance, cost, reliability, and availability. Work with

wired and wireless communication protocols

(e.g., UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, Ethernet, RS485, BLE, Wi-Fi, etc.).
Simulation, Testing & Compliance

Perform circuit simulation using relevant

simulation tools

(e.g., SPICE-based tools). Support

EMC/EMI compliance testing

and implement design improvements for regulatory compliance. Lead hardware debugging, validation, and failure analysis activities.
Product Development & Collaboration

Own

end-to-end product development

from concept to production. Ensure adherence to the

Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC)

. Collaborate closely with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams. Support prototype bring-up, pilot builds, and production ramp-up.
Project & Team Management

Plan and allocate tasks within the hardware team. Track project timelines, risks, and deliverables. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet project goals.
