Company Description Shade Energy private limited is a DIPP registered startup company situated in Chalakudy, Kerala. The company is focused in design and development of EV battery packs and electrical systems for electric vehicles(EV\'s). The main business areas are Battery pack and BMS, Vehicle control units (VCU) ,Motor controllers and EV chargers. Role Description/ Nature of work Battery management system(BMS) hardware circuit design, PCB design of BMS board, hardware testing and debugging of BMS PCBs, Enclosure design of BMS using CAD software\'s like Solidworks. Experience: 0 - 2 years Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Electrical or Electronics Skill Required: Strong Knowledge about Analog and digital circuits: o Linear regulator and DC-DC switching regulator circuits o Diode circuits like rectifier, freewheeling etc. o Transistor circuit like ON -OFF switch, MOSFET drive circuit, charge pumps, current sense amplifiers etc. o Sound knowledge about MOSFETs, MOSFET gate drivers, MOSFET selection o Sound knowledge in current sensing circuits like differential amplifiers and Shunt resistor design and selection o RC filter circuits o ESD and EMI protection circuits 2.Experience in PCB layout design o Multilayer PCB design o Trace width selection for high current traces o Part creation o Schematic creation o High speed circuits like oscillators, CAN, SPI etc. 3.Testing and debugging skills o Knowledge in using Oscilloscopes, multi-meter and DC power supplies o SMD soldering on PCB o Bread board wiring Skills Preferred(optional) : -Knowledge in mechanical CAD software like Solid Works -Knowledge in Embedded C programming OR MATLAB -Good Understanding about power-electronics concepts
