Job Overview:

As a Embedded - Hardware Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development of advanced hardware systems and components. You will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing hardware solutions, ensuring they meet performance, quality, and reliability standards. This position requires a deep understanding of hardware design principles, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Design & Develop prototypes and assemble PCBs in house and develop partners for low volume product manufacturing
Responsible for selection of components and understanding datasheets, coordinating with vendors, purchasing required components and maintaining minimum stock.
Pre-test designs before handing over to firmware team
Work with ODM/OEM partners to design and test hardware solutions.
Responsible for selection, design and finalization of product enclosure and coordinating with vendors for the same.
Conduct failure analysis and root cause analysis of system bugs and improve performance
Working with the firmware team to accomplish required features of each product/design
Collaborate with the manufacturer engineering team and partners to ensure product quality.
Work with industry partners and researchers to innovate and shape future technologies.
Support production team in testing and troubleshooting.
Skills & Knowledge:
------------------------
Should have 3-6 years of experience in hardware design including block diagram, components selection, and schematic design.
Must have PCB design experience at least up to 4 layer.
Strong experience in Embedded/ IoT hardware circuit design. Deep Experience with microcontroller and Microprocessor, especially ARM Cortex-A/R series and SoM (System on Module) platform offend used in industrial
Hands-on experience in prototyping and validating proof of concept design.
Strong experience in hardware troubleshooting.
Should be strong in understanding high speed signalling, signal integrity and behaviour of electronic circuits.
Strong knowledge of protocol I2C, SPI, UART, MODBUS (RS232/RS485), Ethernet.
ARM Microcontrollers and Microprocessor architecture and based systems, Preferably STM, Renessa, NXP
Should have strong knowledge in RF fundamentals required in efficient hardware design
Experience with industrial safety standards.
IoT product design- having knowledge of GSM/4G, Wi-Fi, BLE, Lora, ZigBee
Experience is must for prototype and troubleshooting work.
