Qualifications & Experience

Education:

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering.

Experience:

5-20 years of experience in Electronics (preferably Power Electronics/ Consumer Electronics / Automotive Electronics).

Technical Skills:

Circuit Design & Analysis

-- Proficient in analog and digital circuit design, schematic creation, simulation, and validation.

PCB Design

-- Experience with multi-layer PCB design, EMI/EMC compliance etc.

Power Management

-- Knowledge of AC/DC Voltage/Current Handling, DC/DC & AC/DC converters and power product design techniques.

Documentation

-- Skilled in BOM creation, hardware documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop embedded hardware systems from concept to production. Create detailed

schematics, PCB layouts

, and component selection based on project requirements. Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams for seamless system integration. Perform

hardware testing, validation, and troubleshooting

using lab equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc.). Optimize power consumption and ensure

signal integrity and EMI/EMC compliance

. Develop and maintain

BOMs, design documentation

, and revision control using PLM/ERP tools. Implement

Design for Manufacturing /Design for Testing practices

to improve manufacturability and testing efficiency. Conduct

root-cause analysis

of hardware failures and implement corrective actions. Evaluate new technologies and components to improve product performance and cost efficiency. Ensure compliance with

industry standards and regulatory certifications

(CE, FCC, IEC, RoHS, UL). Support prototype builds and collaborate with suppliers and production teams. Participate in design reviews and provide technical inputs for continuous improvement.
