Location: Building No: 12C, Floor 9,10,11, Building No: 12B -Stilt floor, Raheja Mindspace, Cyberabad, Madhapur, Hyderabad - 500081, Telangana, India Working with the team to design & develop new platform/middleware components and maintain/redesign existing platform/middleware components. Providing customer support for integrating platform/middleware components into their applications. Troubleshooting technical hardware and software issues. Finding ways to increase productivity and reduce expenses. Learn new products, technologies and best practices and find way to use them. Train team and customers in best practices and new technologies. EDUCATION PREFERRED: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: MTech/ME or BTech/BE in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering 11-14+ years related experience OTHER COMPETENCIES: Candidate must conduct business in an ethical manner, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with little supervision. Know how/where to get answers and overcomes obstacles. Highly driven, strong communicator who can understand customer requirements and project goals and is able to balance multiple priorities. Work in a team environment when required and produce results in a timely manner. Possess a positive attitude, show enthusiasm, take pride in the work, be results driven, keen to learn, creative and efficient. Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.
