We are Looking " Embedded Firmware Developer" .

Experience -12-years.

Direct and Permanent Role.

Qualification - Engineering in Electronics & Communication or Computer Science or Electrical & Electronics.

Responsibilities:

Technical and organizational leadership of the firmware team Task planning, resource management, and prioritization Ensuring compliance with development processes and quality standards Technical alignment with the German development team Promoting team autonomy and professional development Support with technical questions and escalations Coordination of projects and milestones Documentation and reporting to the functional lead in Germany

Skills:

Strong knowledge in Embedded C and microcontroller architectures Experience with communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, Modbus, MQTT, BLE, etc.) Understanding of software development processes and quality assurance Excellent communication and coordination skills Independent and structured working style Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,500,000.00 - ?2,800,000.00 per year
