ou will take role as E

mbedded Engineer ll ,

using your advanced knowledge of the Embedded engineering discipline, processes and tools to help Honeywell security business deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work under limited supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented engineers. You will contribute to the development of Honeywell's next generation of security smart device products by designing, testing and/or validating products/processes from prototype to market. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise to ensure the success of complex engineering projects and programs while acting as a mentor to more junior engineers. You will interact with internal and external customers to facilitate the completion of products to customer specifications.

esponsibilities will include:

evelop specifications from marketing requirements and product vision D
evelop firmware for embedded products. You will create project and technical reports as required and help define product architecture as needed. Y
ou will help maintain firmware applications and develop tools for internal use, including shell scripts. A
id in the design and development of applications and systems, and redesign of existing systems to fulfill the needs of Honeywell's customers. T
ake active part in fire system's commercial new product development, including requirement analysis, feasibility study, architecture design, software implementation, testing and debugging T
ake ownership on fire systems project operate and maintain. W
ork with external ODM/OEM supplier or 3rd party vendor to develop product. B
asic Qualifications:

achelor/master's degree with 3+ years on computer Science, Electronics and Communication. A
t least 3+ years solid experience Embedded Firmware design and development M

ust Have:
M

ust have at least 3 Years of Experience in Embedded Core development. S
trong technical knowledge in Embedded C and Embedded C++ G
ood working knowledge in Embedded Linux Operating System G
ood understanding in POSIX standard, IPC , Multi-threading etc. G
ood debugging skills with hands on with Hardware R
elevant knowledge on working with peripherals and communication protocols E
xcellent analytical and problems solving skills A
bility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment T
eam player with passion and zeal to do whatever it takes for business success with a keen sense of urgency and strong drive E
xcellent communication skills with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive team results N

nowledge on Fire System/Domain is an added advantage K
nowledge on NXP Chipsets like iMX8, iMX6 , RT1062 would be added advantage. A
