We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of hands-on experience and a strong background in Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and Instrumentation,

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain test systems for DCS systems validation : performing validation and qualification of Honeywell process control systems such as Experion PKS, PlantCruise, Control Edge PLC Will have independent responsibility in designing test systems and executing functional / system tests on different EPKS sub-systems where the candidate's prior experience in working on similar systems will be expected to be leveraged Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of instrumentation systems with other process control systems. Plan Test Efforts and Track execution as per plan. Work on Risk identification and mitigation. Provide updates to stakeholders. Will be responsible for Test strategy, design & execution of different types of test covering functional and non functional requirement.
Analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 6-10 years of experience in the process industry with a focus on instrumentation and control systems. Strong knowledge of DCS, PLC, and instrumentation technologies. Candidate with knowledge in EPKS Engineering tools & simulation will have added advantage. Candidate should have good understanding of deployment scenarios of DCS Systems and end user use cases. Understanding of subsystem communication protocols - Ethernet IP, Profinet, Profibus, IEC61850, HART, FF, OPC. Basic understanding and usage of a Programming language and python scripting. Understanding of SDLC process is a advantage.
