- BE/B. Tech or M.E/M. Tech in Avionics or Aerospace or Computer science, Electronics and Communication.
- Avionics background, Knowledge and experience on DO-178B/C, Aero Process is an added advantage
- Should have hands on software design & implementation experience, knowledge of product development life cycle including design for testability.
- Should have good understanding of Aircraft and Avionics domain and appreciation to developing domain knowledge.
- Keen and aware of the Avionics business and acts with alacrity
- Excellent focus on execution, should ensure responsiveness to customers, team and management
- Must be an innovative and integrative problem solver quick to visualize solutions and generate ideas
