Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Embedded Firmware Engineer to develop and maintain firmware for advanced digital communication systems, including HF, VHF, UHF, and Microwave radios, used in defense and aerospace applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop low-level firmware, BSPs, and RTOS-based solutions for custom hardware. Collaborate with hardware teams to define and integrate system architecture. Optimize firmware for performance, reliability, and power efficiency. Implement secure communication protocols and encryption modules. Ensure compliance with MIL-STD and DO-178C standards through testing and documentation. Support SDR platform development and continuous system innovation.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's/Master's in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field. 3+ years in embedded firmware development for defense/aerospace systems. Proficiency in C/C++ and assembly; experience with RTOS (VxWorks, Free RTOS) and embedded Linux. Familiarity with secure protocols (AES, ECC, IPsec) and tools (JTAG, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers). Knowledge of MIL-STD-461, DO-254, and related compliance frameworks.
