Key Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and control the execution and deliver software with desired quality Creative design engineer able to develop products in accordance with key objectives: stability/reliability, functionality, ease-of-use, and value to our customers. Team player that works effectively with a cross functional team including Product Management, and Quality to achieve product goals. Define and uphold high coding standards to ensure no vulnerabilities are introduced and the code written is highly maintainable, extensible, and secure. Provide technical guidance to other members of the team Excellent written and verbal communication Participate in code reviews, daily standup meetings and feature planning

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

Expertise in the requirement analysis, design, development and testing of the firmware applications using in C and C++. Experience in serial protocols UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, DAC etc. Experience in ELF, linker files Experience in JTAG debugging. Experience in a unit testing environment (e.g., Catch test) Understanding of object-oriented design paradigms and software modelling ARM Cortex-R and Cortex-M (ARMv7-M/R) architecture knowledge Embedded SW design background and experience in developing code with resource constrained devices Good knowledge of embedded device architecture and HW ARM assembler knowledge Able to write device drivers and BSP related code to embedded target Real-time operating systems knowledge (e.g. uC/OS, FreeRTOS) Experience in implementing Cyber Security features in firmware

Desired Skills:

Good to have experience in build process like SCONs Good to have experience in RTOS CI/CD, Jenkins is added advantage Knowledge/experience in power/industrial automation domain, power drives.
