is looking for an Embedded Hardware & Product Development Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and testing embedded electronic products. The role will involve hardware board design, PCB layout, embedded firmware development, and complete product engineering--from concept to production. The engineer will support industrial, automation, and motion-control-based hardware projects aligned with SP3's client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hardware Design & PCB Development
Design electronic circuits, schematics, and multilayer PCB layouts.
Develop rugged and reliable hardware for industrial and automation applications.
Execute board bring-up, testing, and debugging at component and system levels.
2. Embedded Firmware Development
Develop, modify, and debug embedded firmware using C/C++ and microcontroller platforms.
Integrate firmware with hardware to ensure seamless product performance.
Support real-time applications, communication interfaces, and sensor integration.
3. Product Engineering & Prototyping
Handle complete product development lifecycle: concept, design, prototyping, testing, and production.
Collaborate with internal teams to create motion-control and custom embedded boards.
Prepare design documentation, test reports, and production files.
4. FPGA / VLSI Support (If Applicable)
Assist in FPGA-based development, logic design, and hardware-software co-design.
Work with VLSI and embedded board integration where required.
5. Testing & Quality Assurance
Perform functional testing, validation, troubleshooting, and reliability analysis.
Use test tools such as oscilloscope, logic analyzer, multimeter, and debuggers.
Ensure compliance with hardware safety, quality, and performance standards.
6. Coordination & Vendor Management
