4-6 years of hands-on experience in embedded firmware/software development. Good knowledge of C programming, embedded systems, and RTOS concepts. Familiarity with 802.15.4, industrial wireless communication protocol is a strong plus. Understanding UWB basics and hands-on experience with UWB based system is good to have. Basic knowledge of switching, routing, IPv4, IPv6, UDP, and wireless mesh routing is a plus. Strong analytical and debugging skills. Good communication and documentation skills. Experience with FreeRTOS or similar real-time operating systems. Experience in device driver development or integration (at least 1-2 drivers such as UART, SPI, or Ethernet). Basic knowledge of debugging tools like JTAG, GDB, serial consoles.
