Exp - 3 - 6 Years Location - Pune Skill and Competancy requirements Should be an AUTOSAR expert, should have hands on HVAC matlab model development Knowledge of HIL and be an expert on CAPL scripting . Well versed with CAN tools, diagnostic tools, simulation, de-b ugging and its design requirements . Well conversant with testing / validation of HVAC ECU-s (black box testing) . Good knowledge of HVAC domain . Knowledge of product reliability standards and reference standards like IEC, EMI/EMC, ISO Multiple project handling and time management Knowledge of international process standards like EMS, ISO, TS 16949 . Knowledge of CMVR, new regulations and standards like AIS145,BS6,AIS004 . Hands on experience in deve lopment and integration of HVAC systems and its child modules in vehicle environment Knowledge of wiring harness, conne ctors, electronics components, circuit design, debugging etc \'1) To Support Vehcile testi ng and Validation 2) Develop test cases for 100% AUTOMATION on Diagnostics & IVN (CAN +LIN) for CCM CCH -( CCH: climate control mod ule, CCH : Climate control Head ) 3) Validate Single ECU for CCM & CCH ECU on HIL-s (HVAC) & IVN automated HIL-s for every softw are release 4) Require CAPL scripting to be done for Automating the test cases -- Release of code / models6) Review the HVAC Algo rithms as per Matlab models developed7) Evalute the MIL & SIL test reports released by supplier 8) Release external interface doc ument & update CCH + CCM RFQ / SOW documents in Doors9) Upload tests cases in DOORS and all relevant document in SVN 10) able t o debug logs and do troublesooting
